Motivation and energy I get from taking on new challenges in organizations and technology. (Re)organizing departments or projects and coaching and motivation of highly skilled technical experts is my energy supplier and power. With my helicopter view I will quickly spot the important key issues. With this overview I quickly can determine the right direction and I dare to make the required decisions.
